I’ll be at Readercon for the sixth (seriously?) time this year, which is good for two reasons: not only do I get to go to one of my favorite cities, Boston, I get to be part of an excellent fantasy /science fiction conference with a seriously impressive history. (As always for this con, keep in mind that there may be a day pass cost–but there are a whole lot of great authors who are going to be here, so it’s worth your while to check it out.)
I’ve got three things on the docket at Readercon this year: a reading at 12 p.m. on Friday, a panel at 1 p.m. on Saturday on Architects and Gardeners (with Dale Bailey, Peter Dube, Stacy Hill, James Patrick Kelly and Cecilia Tan), and a panel at 10 a.m. on Sunday on Workshopping as a Lifestyle (with Jedediah Berry, Richard Butner, Craig Shaw Gardner, Theodora Goss and Nicholas Kaufmann). As always I’d love to see you at as many of the events as you can manage, so please head out to the Burlington Marriott on the weekend of July 12th!
